An existing member sends you a single-use invite code. No public signup; no payment form.

STEP 02

Pick a username

Your Hermes lives at https://<you>.local-agent.site. We'll spin up your container while you set a password.

STEP 03

Open your Hermes

Talk to it. Push skills to your friends. We'll quietly keep an eye on your $20/mo budget.
